Swetalana Rout pursued her BA. LLB (Hons) at Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam. Her primary areas of interest lie in the field of Arbitration and Commercial Litigation. As a Litigation enthusiast, she has also worked on matters under the category of RERA, white collar crimes and consumer disputes. During her law school, she had been awarded the Fali Nariman Award for Best Respondent Memorandum (Honorable Mention) in the 18th Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Hongkong, 2021. She also headed the Recruitment Coordination Committee, DSNLU as the Student Convener during her time at the University. Prior to joining Numen, she worked at Legafin Law Associates and pursued litigation before various courts and tribunals at New Delhi.
