Debayan Dutta is a graduate from Symbiosis Law School, Noida. Having joined the firm's New Delhi office as an Assessment Intern, he currently serves as a Trainee Associate, assisting across a range of practice areas.
Prior to graduation, Debayan has a vast internship experience by interning at esteemed law firms and offices where he mainly focused on domestic arbitration, commercial disputes, insolvency proceedings, corporate compliances, and due diligence exercises. Through these experiences, he has developed strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills, along with practical familiarity with various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. His areas of interest primarily include arbitration, commercial litigation, insolvency, and corporate law.
Apart from his academic and professional pursuits, Debayan has also actively engaged in research and extracurricular activities throughout his college life. He has presented research papers at reputed conferences and has publications to his credit. An avid sportsperson, he was a part of his college football team for five years and played a significant role in bringing various accolades and achievements to the institution through his sporting contributions.
