Akarsh is a law graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Before joining Numen Law Offices' New Delhi office in May 2025, Akarsh began his professional journey under the mentorship of Mr. Aman Gupta, Advocate-on-Record, and worked on several significant matters in collaboration with Senior Advocate Mr. Shashank Garg.
During his tenure in chambers, Akarsh gained substantial experience in arbitration, real estate, and commercial litigation. He regularly appeared before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), and various other tribunals and appellate authorities. Alongside drafting, his role involved briefing and assisting senior advocates.
At Numen Law Offices, Akarsh has expanded his areas of practice to include insolvency and bankruptcy law, corporate advisory, and dispute resolution, and remains focused on continuous learning and meaningful contribution to the legal profession.
